Berry Bury Berry Tools is an independent, fan-made website available at berryburyberry.net. It provides calculators, guides, checklists, and game update summaries. It is not affiliated with Get(Color) Games, Black Lantern Collective, Valve, or Steam.
For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Usage information, such as pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, referral source, and interaction events.
- Technical information, such as IP address, request timestamps, diagnostics, security signals, and error logs processed by our hosting and service providers.
- Information you voluntarily send through email or a contact form, including your email address and message.
- Preferences stored in your browser, such as language, theme, calculator inputs, checklist progress, and consent choices.
3. How we use information
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its tools.
- Measure traffic and understand which pages are useful.
- Respond to questions, feedback, and privacy requests.
- Display, measure, and prevent fraud relating to advertising.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Advertising and Google services
We use Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads based on a user’s visits to this and other websites. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to provide personalized ads where permitted and consented to.
Your browser may automatically send Google information including the page URL and IP address. Google may use this information to provide services, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and personalize content or ads depending on your settings and consent.
You can control personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland may be shown a Google-certified consent management message before advertising storage or personalized advertising is used where required.
5. Analytics and hosting
The site uses Vercel for hosting and may use Vercel Web Analytics, which is designed to provide aggregated traffic measurements without creating cross-site profiles. Google Analytics may also be enabled to measure site usage. When enabled, Google Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, page, and interaction information.
6. Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for non-essential cookies, personalized advertising, and analytics where required; legitimate interests to operate, secure, and improve the site; performance of a request when you contact us; and legal obligations when applicable.
7. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information for money. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the site, including Vercel, Google, email providers, security providers, and advertising partners. Advertising disclosures described by some US state laws may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can limit this through the consent message, Google Ads Settings, and browser controls.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a transfer of the website, subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Retention and international transfers
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Contact messages may be retained while needed to respond and maintain appropriate records. Browser-stored preferences remain until you clear them.
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, providers use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards.
9. Your privacy rights
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
- Request data portability where applicable.

10. Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. Security and policy changes
